The Project
Jolof Taxi is a ride-hailing platform developed for Jolof Mobility. The project covers the entire ecosystem: passenger app, driver app, and administration back-office.
Our Role
As Full-Stack Lead, we designed and developed the entire technical infrastructure:
- Passenger app in Flutter: real-time booking, GPS tracking, mobile payment
- Driver app in Flutter: ride management, navigation, earnings history
- Microservices backend in NestJS: ride management, passenger-driver matching, push notifications, payments
- Admin back-office: supervision dashboard, driver and pricing management
Technical Architecture
- Mobile: Flutter (iOS & Android) — 2 distinct applications
- Backend: NestJS, microservices architecture
- Real-time: WebSockets for GPS tracking and status updates
- Payments: Mobile money integration

- Complete platform deployed and operational
